A Huge Congratulations to IGC Junior Member Corey Canning! 👏⛳

A huge congratulations to Corey Canning, aged 18, on achieving the incredible milestone of reaching a scratch handicap. Corey has been a valued member of the golf club since the age of 9!

Corey has worked incredibly hard over the past year, balancing his golf alongside studying for his A-Levels and preparing for his move to college in America later this summer. Despite having plenty on his plate, he's continued to find time to practise, and his dedication has certainly paid off.

Corey sealed the achievement in style with a superb 67 gross to win last week's Midweek Medal, officially taking him to scratch.

We wish him every success as he begins the next exciting chapter in America. We have no doubt he'll continue to do himself and the club proud.
