With over a decade of experience in the golf industry, Glen has built a reputation for delivering modern, technology-driven coaching that helps golfers of every ability improve their game. Whether working with complete beginners, club golfers, elite amateurs or aspiring professionals, his coaching philosophy combines technical expertise with practical, personalised guidance to help every player reach their potential.

A Titleist Staff Ambassador and TPI Certified Professional, Glen specialises in player development, performance coaching and custom fitting. He utilises industry-leading technology, including TrackMan, to provide golfers with accurate data and measurable results, ensuring every lesson and fitting is tailored to the individual.

Before joining Ilkley Golf Club, Glen held coaching and management roles at Sand Moor Golf Club, Romanby Golf & Country Club and Catterick Golf Club, gaining extensive experience across coaching, retail operations and business development.

In 2025, Glen founded GiGolf with a vision to redefine the traditional golf professional experience. More than just a Pro Shop, GiGolf brings together coaching, custom fitting, technology, retail, events and player development under one roof, creating a complete golfing ecosystem for golfers of all ages and abilities.

Passionate about growing the game, Glen leads a thriving junior academy, ladies' development programmes, school and college partnerships, and works closely with players pursuing county honours and university scholarships in the UK and the United States.

His goal is simple: to help every golfer enjoy the game more, play better golf and experience everything the sport has to offer.

Turning professional in 2025, Archie is an exciting addition to the team. A former junior standout, he was runner-up at the Royal Birkdale Junior Open and a two-time Bradford Junior Open Champion. Archie brings energy, ambition, modern coaching methods, and valuable competitive experience.

Jessie plays an important role in supporting the continued growth of GiGolf. Having studied Media and Business, she is currently completing a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship in partnership with Leeds City College.

Jessie supports the business through digital marketing, communications, and day-to-day operations, applying the latest marketing knowledge and industry best practices to help grow the GiGolf brand and enhance the customer experience.

Coming from a passionate golfing family, Jessie has a genuine enthusiasm for the game and the club environment, making her a valuable member of the team.

With experience at both Bracken Ghyll and Ilkley Golf Club, Mark brings extensive Pro Shop knowledge and a passion for customer service. His friendly and approachable nature makes him a popular face among members and visitors alike.

Oscar brings enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a lifelong connection to the game through a family deeply involved in golf at Ilkley Golf Club. His passion for golf and commitment to delivering excellent service make him a valuable member of the team.
